Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer a flexible return policy that allows you to evaluate your purchase within 14 days or 250 miles from the date you receive it. This gives you ample time to decide and easily request a return or exchange.

Hassle-Free Return and Exchange

To start a return or exchange, simply email us by 5 PM PDT on the 14th day after receiving your item. The day you receive your item is considered Day 0.

Eligibility for Returns

We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified from their original condition. Items used as collateral for a loan (encumbered items) are also ineligible for return.
